As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be empowered to ensure our guests receive both accurate expectations about the FlyOver Las Vegas experience as well as a friendly, memorable impression of the attraction. This position requires staying up-to-date on current procedures, events and any other relevant information ensuring to provide the correct information to inquiring guests and team members. Representing a popular attraction, the Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating and sustaining a fun environment for fellow team members and guests alike.


In this role, you will cooperate and be exposed to all the departments including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Guest Experience, Finance, Accounting etc and build strong relationships in order to provide high level of support. Flexibility, adaptability and positive attitude are a must in the ever-changing world of FlyOver Las Vegas.




  • Provide valuable support to the FOLV leadership team and be a strong asset in smooth operations of the administration department.
  • Complete daily cash control duties including bank deposits, coin order, identifying and correcting cash variances, reporting, and working with cash recycler.
  • Process voucher reconciliation daily, identify and correct variances, issue invoices and monthly bills. Liaise with internal Pursuit departments (Reservations, Operations, Accounting, etc) as required to solve guest/client challenges.
  • Support Sales through processing group reservations including guest service, payment collection and confirmation. Ensure accuracy and first-class hospitality.
  • Assist guests with general inquires, provide accurate information and set realistic expectations, resolve ticket and payment issues, handle guest complaints including refunds. Answer incoming phone calls, focusing on converting calls to confirmed bookings and provide a high level of customer experience with a focus on selling the attraction. Ensure impeccable service.
  • Stay up to date on the latest discounts and promotions, events and other relevant information. Become a resource for guests and guest service staff alike.  
  • Respond to, distribute, and escalate emails from shared mailboxes. Ensure voucher manifests from affiliate partners are distributed. 
  • Assist Sales and Marketing with complimentary tickets and reservations for media events, familiarization tours, donations, prize winners, VIP visits, site inspections and other. 
  • Upload and route invoices. Assist with new vendor requests and basic purchasing requests. Contact vendors with invoice issuing and corrections as requested.  
  • General office tasks such as filing, document auditing, purchasing supplies, collection & distribution of mail, shipping & receiving.
  • Responding to Revinate surveys/Social Media Accounts
  • Support General Manager and other managers with ad hoc admin tasks


  • 2+ years of experience in a support role
  • Flexibility, adaptability and positive attitude
  • Internally motivated, excellent problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
  • Consistent and outstanding guest service skills and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team as well as unsupervised
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including, all weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Excellent computer skills and competency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint; Work with MS Chat, MS Teams desired
  • Cash Control or Finance experience desired
  • Point of Sale efficiency an asset
  • Reception experience in a tourism/hospitality industry an asset
  • Fluency in a second language is an asset
  • Candidates must be able to work legally in Las Vegas, NV
