THIS ROLE IS A FULL TIME SALARIED ROLE BUDGETED AT $80,000-$95,000/year USD + BENEFITS.   The Technical Manager, FlyOver Chicago (“TM”) will report directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Maintenance Engineering at FlyOver Attractions (“FOA”), while working closely with other members of the FlyOver Attractions, FlyOver Las Vegas, FlyOver Canada Vancouver, and FlyOver Iceland teams, as well as the future FlyOver Canada Toronto team. The Technical Manager oversees the day -to day business of FlyOver Chicago (“FOCH”) by providing technical leadership for the overall operation, maintenance, training, and systems integration of the ride, show systems, and facility equipment. This position will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of all pieces of equipment and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the year.

This role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and legal ability to work in the United States is required. The Manager, Marketing & Brand Experience will lead all marketing activities and programs that will drive consumer direct visitation and revenue at FlyOver in Chicago. Check out our latest attraction in Las Vegas here.   Reporting to the Operations Director, FlyOver Attractions, the General Manager (GM) of FlyOverChicago(FOCH), will oversee thesuccessful launch and subsequent operations of a new business coming to Chicago’s Navy Pier in Spring 2024.   This rolefunction as the company’s business leader for FOCH in Chicago, providing ‘hands on’ leadership and direction on thecreation,development, management and execution of a strong hospitality culture that truly differentiates FOCH from ourcompetitors.  The GM FOCH will join the Pursuit Leadership Team as a key architect of the attraction’s opening and growth, working intight collaboration with the FlyOver Attractions team, the FOCH leadership team, and the leaders in each of Pursuit’s support functions to our businesses (sales, marketing, finance, rev max,technology, and people & culture.) The GM FOCH will participate broadly in strategic, operational, and financial discussions with the Pursuit SeniorLeadership Team, Viad leadership teams and other GM’s in the field. 

This role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and legal ability to work in the US is required. The salary for this role is $45,000-55,000 based on experience, plus benefits.   The Marketing Coordinator (“MC”) reports to the Manager, Marketing & Brand Experience at FlyOver in Las Vegas (“FOLV”) and is responsible for supporting the planning, development and execution of marketing activities at FOLV. Working closely with the Pursuit Marketing team and the FlyOver Las Vegas Operations team, the MCs primary responsibility is to support the success of the overall operation by supporting the planning, development and execution of marketing activities, building consumer engagement, driving guest visitation, and growing ancillary revenue streams. The MC understands social media best practices, marketing KPIs and has a flair for generating engaging social media content, hosting in-market media, leading contents and the production of marketing assets including on-site signage, sales tools and creative projects. Attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks is important to be successful in this role along with the ability to foster inter-department collaboration. The Food & Beverage Attendants should always strive to represent FlyOver Las Vegas as well as maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guest and team members.

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be empowered to ensure our guests receive both accurate expectations about the FlyOver Las Vegas experience as well as a friendly, memorable impression of the attraction. This position requires staying up-to-date on current procedures, events and any other relevant information ensuring to provide the correct information to inquiring guests and team members. Representing a popular attraction, the Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating and sustaining a fun environment for fellow team members and guests alike.   In this role, you will cooperate and be exposed to all the departments including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Guest Experience, Finance, Accounting etc and build strong relationships in order to provide high level of support. Flexibility, adaptability and positive attitude are a must in the ever-changing world of FlyOver Las Vegas.
